It’s almost impossible to give Overboard a bad review because it’s just so much fun. It’s immensely silly, but real-life couple Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell make the comedy work (they’re always good value).

You know where the plot is going, but the fun with Overboard is the journey and not the destination. There are plenty of funny moments and some wonderful lines in this ’80s comedy and it’s great spending some time in the company of two great movie stars. Worth a watch.
