Notebook Review: CHICKEN RUN

Peter Lord/Nick Park – 2000

Good cluckin’ fun! Chicken Run is a hugely enjoyable old fashioned family film with some wonderful stop motion animation from Ardman Studios.

This farm focused animation is well made, with a script that both adults and children will enjoy. It has some great vocal work from Mel Gibson – who should do more voice work. 

Chicken Run is nothing fancy – just great escapism.
