Will Mel Gibson & Sylvester Stallone Face-off Cultural Troglodytes With THE EXPENDABLES 3?

Mel Gibson is the real deal when it comes to being a movie star. However, cultural troglodytes seem to enjoy trying to break him. It’s good to see that guys like Robert Rodriguez (with Machete Kills) and Sylvester Stallone are willing to help him out.

Stallone tried to get Gibson to direct The Expendables 3, but it now looks like he may have snagged him to star – as the villain of the piece.

Gibson doesn’t need the money, but he’s an artist and he needs to create art. Sure, The Expendables movies aren’t high art, but they’re damn fine entertainment,

Nicolas Cage, Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes and Milla Jovovich will join the regular Expendables in The Expendables 3, which is set to open on August 15, 2014.
