Michael Keaton scored awards galore for his stunning turn in Birdman. He narrowly missed out on an Academy Award and a Bafta for his performance, but sadly he was beaten to the gold by The Theory of Everything‘s Eddie Redmayne. That doesn’t matter, because to many Keaton delivered the cinematic performance of 2014.
