Movies in Focus has a long history of trying to help independent filmmakers get the word out about their projects. There’s a lot of noise out there about big budget movies but small, low budget films from emerging talents can get lost in that loud rumble. That’s why I’m bringing you the trailer for writer-director Daria Nazarova’s debut feature, The Shattering. It’s a domestic psychological thriller which was released on Amazon on 9 August 2021.

The synopsis:
Claire has it all—a loving husband, wealth, and a baby on the way. As her due date looms, events take an unexpected turn and reality begins to shatter. When a beautiful psychiatrist arrives, can Claire uncover the truth? Or will the secrets kill her?
