Sean Penn Has Taken The Opportunity To Follow Liam Neeson’s Footsteps With THE GUNMAN

You really can’t blame Sean Penn for wanting some of that sweet middle-age action cash that Liam Neeson is hogging. After all, Penn, like Neeson, is an acclaimed actor who needs to score a decent paycheque to pay the bills. His chance has come in the form of The Gunman, an action film helmed by Taken director Pierre Morel and produced by Joel Silver, the man behind Neeson’s Unknown and Non-Stop.

Penn won’t be a lone gunman, he’ll be joined by the not unimpressive likes of Javier Bardem, Ray Winstone and Idris Elba.
