Patrick Wilson And Matthew Fox Join Kurt Russell In Western BONE TOMAHAWK
Patrick Wilson and Matthew Fox will join Kurt Russell and Richard Jenkins in the long gestating western Bone Tomahawk. This one was announced way back in 2012 when Russell and Jenkins were going to be joined by Peter Sarsgaard and Jennifer Carpenter (it’s not known if they’re still attached; it’s doubtful).
Here’s an updated synopsis from The Hollywood Reporter:
Bone Tomahawk revolves around four men attempting to rescue a group of captives from a band of cannibalistic troglodytes that live beyond the edge of civilization. Wilson will play Arthur O’Dwyer, a cowboy whose rise to the foreman position of a cattle outfit is interrupted by an unfortunate accident that reshapes his life in unforeseen ways. Fox will play John Brooder, whose dark inclinations have put him and his polished weapons at the very edge of the western frontier.
S. Craig Zahler will direct the film (which he wrote) and Caliber Media is producing.
Movies In Focus will keep you posted on all things Bone Tomahawk.
