Notebook Reviews: THE HOLE
Nick Hamm – 2001
The Hole starts off promising enough – but that just might be because Clint Mansell‘s score is eerily similar to Ennio Morricone‘s music from The Thing. However, this Brit thriller from director Nick Hamm then falls into the typical rhythm of teen horror fare.
Admittedly, The Hole features some good performances, but that’s really all there is to offer. Any twists and turns that arise aren’t really worth mentioning. Get your teenage kicks elsewhere.
