Paul Verhoeven – 2000
Hollow Man might not be one of Paul Verhoeven‘s finest films, but this is still enjoyable due to its good cast (Kevin Bacon, Elisabeth Shue and Josh Brolin) and top-notch special effects.
The cast work with the slim roles that they have. but there’s little room for character development (they’re as hollow as the title suggests). The end gets more and more far-fetched, but Hollow Man is an intriguing piece if you look at it as a morality tale about human nature.
