Not Feeling It: Trailer & Poster For GODZILLA II: KING OF THE MONSTERS
Movies In Focus enjoyed Gareth Edwards’ Godzilla back in 2014 (read the review). It was surprisingly good, but I don’t have any burning desire to see Godzilla II: King Of The Monsters.
The cast is good (Millie Bobby Brown, Vera Farmiga, Kyle Chandler, Ken Watanabe and Charles Dance) but there would seem to be too much CGI in this monster mash-up which is helmed by Michael Dougherty.

The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.
