Need A Good Horror For 2015? THE HORDE Might Fit The Bill
You really can’t beat a good horror. It’s a genre that has been with cinema since its birth and it gives audiences a visceral experience like no other. Movies In Focus always keeps an eye-out for a horror movie that ticks the right boxes and The Horde appears to fit the bill:
‘The film follows ex-Navy Seal John Crenshaw (Paul Logan) as he accompanies his girlfriend and her students on a weekend nature-photography expedition deep into the woods. What should be an educational and fun-filled weekend turns into horror as the group is besieged by an unspeakable evil: a horde of hideously disfigured, mutated humans with an insatiable taste for blood. As things go from bad to worse, Crenshaw becomes their only hope if they want to reemerge from the woods alive.’
313 Films and Razors Edge Productions recently signed a deal with Circus Road Films for worldwide marketing rights for the Jared Cohn (Buddy Hutchins) directed movie. It stars a plethora of well known horror genre actors including Paul Logan (Code Red), Bill Moseley (The Devil’s Rejects), Costas Mandylor (Saw IV) and Vernon Wells (Mad Max: The Road Warrior). No release date has been set for the film, but it should hit later this year.
