Trailer: John David Washington & Robert Pattinson Turn Back Time In Christopher Nolan’s TENET

Christopher Nolan‘s Tenet looks great. Movies In Focus hasn’t a clue what the film is about, but this new trailer for the John David Washington/Robert Pattinson mind-bender has impressive visuals. I think it’s about time travel or something.

All the usual Nolan tropes are on display here and Tenet feels like a spiritual cousin to 2010’s Inception. It also has an impressive cast, with the aforementioned Washington and Pattinson joined by Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh. 

The big question now is will Warner Bros. release Tenet on its planned 17 July 2020 date, or will the studio shift it due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. Will enough cinemas in the US and around the world be open? Will audiences turn up if they are?
