Abrams, writer Lawrence Kasdan and the film’s cast (John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker) gathered together for script read-through.
In the seven years since the photograph was taken, Max von Sydow, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker have all passed away.
Budgeted at $245 million, Star Wars: The Force Awakens grossed $936 million at the US box office and over $2 billion globally.
