Trailer For The New Limited Series Adaptation Of Stephen King’s THE STAND Shows A Glimpse Of The Overlook Hotel
Stephen King’s 1978 novel, The Stand is one epic tome, clocking-in at a massive 823 pages. The book was already adapted into a rather good TV mini-series by Mike Garris in 1994, but now it’s getting a 2020 update.
This looks remarkably similar to Garris’ version of King’s post-apocalyptic tale – maybe a little slicker, but not by much. This time around the cast includes Whoopi Goldberg, Alexander Skarsgård, James Marsden, Odessa Young and Jovan Adepo.
