POLTERGEIST Gets The Horror Remake Treatment Along With A New Trailer And Poster

Poltergeist is a seminal horror film which people have a lot of affection for. I don’t know if you would call it a classic but you could say that it’s as well loved as a horror movie gets. Over thirty years have passed since Tobe Hopper’s film hit screens and that means only one thing – a remake.

This trailer doesn’t bring anything new to the table and it doesn’t stand out form the plethora of other ‘poltergeist’ movies doing the rounds in recent times. This will likely open big and drop-off once the brand-name wears out. Probably what they expect really.
