Movies In Focus is a massive lover of Jerry Bruckheimer’s special brand of action extravaganza. Movies like Beverly Hills Cop, Top Gun, Gone In Sixty Seconds, Pearl Harbor, Armageddon, Con Air, Enemy Of The Sate and others – nobody marshals popcorn cinema quite like Jerry Bruckheimer.
Brukcheimer is the producer of Gemini Man – a sci-fi tinged action pic from director Ang Lee and star Will Smith. That’s a tantalising package – but a screenplay by David Benioff and Billy Ray and Darren Lemke is added gravy.
In the last few years Bruckheimer has turned the majority of his focus to television, but he seems to be ramping-up his cinematic output with the likes of Gemini Man, Top Gun: Maverick and Bad Boys For Life all gearing-up for release over the next year or so.

The synopsis:
Gemini Man is an innovative action-thriller starring Will Smith as Henry Brogan, an elite assassin, who is suddenly targeted and pursued by a mysterious young operative that seemingly can predict his every move. The film is directed by Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Ang Lee and produced by renown producers Jerry Bruckheimer, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger. Also starring are Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Clive Owen and Benedict Wong.
