Trailer For Michael Bay’s 13 HOURS: THE SECRET SOLDIERS OF BENGHAZI Does Not Feature Autobots

Movies In Focus has given Michael Bay a lot of abuse over the years for making the Transformers movies. Those movies are bad – but 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi looks like it plays to Bay’s strengths as a filmmaker. You get impressive action, flag-waving Americana and a cast of manly men doing manly things. In this case the testosterone filled line-up includes James Badge Dale, John Krasinski, Toby Stephens and Max Martini.

Chuck Hogan wrote the script for the film which is based on an attack on the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi by Islamist militants on September 11, 2012.

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi opens on January 15, 2015.
