Trailer For Clint Eastwood’s SULLY Makes An Impressive Landing

I wasn’t sold on the concept of Clint Eastwood‘s Sully to begin with. I admit it’s an impressive true story of how Captain Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger landed a US Airways Flight Hudson River after the plane hit a flock of geese, but I thought, ‘boy, how many times do we have to see this sort of movie?’

However, this trailer really does a good job of selling the movie and making it feel fresh. It looks like Tom Hanks gives another great performance (come on, they’re never bad), while Laura Linney and Movies In Focus favourite Aaron Eckhart offer support.

Sully opens in September 2016.
