Tom Hanks is back as Dan Brown’s Robert Langdon in Inferno. Ron Howard’s Da Vinci Code/Angels And Demon’s follow-up once again sees Langdon caught-up in a conspiracy that could potentially change the world.

Here’s the synopsis:

Robert Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with Sienna Brooks, a doctor he hopes will help him recover his memories and prevent a madman from releasing a global plague connected to Dante’s “Inferno.”

Inferno starring Tom Hanks, Felicity Jones, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Omar Sy, Irrfan Khan and Ben Foster opens in October 2016.
