Return To Haddonfield: Jamie Lee Curtis Back As Laurie Strode For New HALLOWEEN
David Gordon Green’s Halloween reboot continues to impress – and it’s still over a year before it even hits screens.
First, it was announced that John Carpenter would executive produce (and possibly score) the movie and now comes the news that Jamie Lee Curtis will return to the role of Laurie Strode for the film. Halloween was a break-out for Curtis when it was released in 1978 and she reprised her role in 1981’s Halloween II, 1998’s Halloween H20: 20 Years Later and her character was killed off in 2002’s Halloween Resurrection – so it’ll be interesting to see how they manage a Strode resurrection.
The announcement was made on social media with the below image.
Halloween opens in October 2018.
