New PAN Trailer Is Good Looking But Unnecessary

It remains to be seen if Pan will be successful. After all. Steven Spielberg’s Hook and P.J. Hogan’s Peter Pan failed to set the world on fire in a critical or commercial level.

This movie ‘offers a new take on the origin of the classic characters created by J.M. Barrie. The action adventure follows the story of an orphan who is spirited away to the magical Neverland. There, he finds both fun and dangers, and ultimately discovers his destiny— to become the hero who will be forever known as Peter Pan.’

Joe Wright’s movie appears to be visually impressive and it has a strong cast Hugh Jackman, Garrett Hedlund, Rooney Mara, Amanda Seyfried, Cara Delevingne and Levi Miller – but will it work with audiences?

I don’t know if we need to return to Neverland, or if we need a Peter Pan prequel tale.
