Introducing MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT
The sixth Mission: Impossible movie now has a title, a synopsis and a first official image.
Mission: Impossible – Fallout once again sees Tom Cruise put himself through the wringer as MIF agent Ethan Hunt. Christopher McQuarrie becomes the first director in the franchise 22 year history. These movies are great – a franchise which has delivered since its inception in 1996 (not including the fantastic 1960s TV series).
Official synopsis: The best intentions often come back to haunt you. MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.
