The Fuse Is Lit: MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 6 Begins Production

Back in 1996 Mission: Impossible was a film based on a famous 1960s television series (like a lot of movies around that time). The show ultimately ran for 7 seasons, from 1966-1973. Now 21 years later, the film series is still going strong, with the sixth film in the franchise now shooting.

Director Christopher McQuarrie announced on Twitter that the fuse has officially been lit on Mission: Impossible 6:

Mission: Impossible 6 stars Tom Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson, Henry Cavill, Vanessa Kirky, Alec Baldwin and likely Ving Rhames.
