FREE GUY Trailer: Ryan Reynolds Continues With His One Man Mission To Destroy Cinema

Movies In Focus is now at the point where I can’t stand Ryan Reynolds.

His schtick has worn thin. That continuous mugging and smug, self-referential meta-commentary is just too much. Throw-in the over marketed Deadpool movies, Pokémon Detective Pikachu and the forthcoming Michael Bay actioner 6 Underground and I just can’t take it anymore. 

Just when you think that things can’t get any worse – they do! This trailer for Shawn Levy’s Free Guy looks next-level atrocious. Again, it’s smug and clearly aimed at the lowest common denominator.  

Who wants to see something like this, other than Reynolds’ agent and bank manager?
