Bill Murray Joins The Cast Of Paul Feig’s GHOSTBUSTERS Reboot

Bill Murray declined the opportunity to return to the world of ghostbusting for decades – however he has finally relented and filmed a cameo in Paul Feig’s all female Ghostbusters reboot. Murray joined the shoot in Boston for a day to film his role in the Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth starrer.

According to Birth.Movies.Death, Murray will play Martin Heiss ‘a professional supernatural debunker, a sort of an Amazing Randi type, who shows up and ‘proves’ the new Ghostbusters are fakes. It’s a really tiny role, and it’s sort of the mirror image of where we meet Peter Venkman at the start of Ghostbusters II’.

I have no interest in this movie at all – but it might now be worth catching for a little bit of Bill Murray. That’s why I watched Charlie’s Angels – something which I’ve regretted for years.
